The King Started it All

KAM Fueled Racing is competing in its seventh season as an organized race team competing at various tracks in  Pennsylvania and surrounding states

KAM is named after the three children of owner Steve Bartorillo.  They are Kylie, Alex (the King), and Matthew.  The teamed formed when Alex, known as the king by his Grandparents, loved racing so much that he wanted to go to the pits and see some drivers.  Alex had the pleasure of meeting Joe "Geezer" Fanelli, one of the most popular racers in the dirt track racing community, and the love of racing began.  Geezer was so kind to the King, where KAM was formed a few years later with Geezer as the driver.  After ibe year, Geezer moved to the modified division but the KAM Team wanted to stay in the Late Model division.  Geezer got the Team going and after Andy Cassel drove the hot rod in 2017, Danny Synder was brought on board for the 2018 season and has been the top driver for our team.  In 2021, KAM Fueled Racing teamed with Kyle Merkle and the #291 Modified was born.  After a successful season, Kyle decided to step away and spend more time with his family.  In 2022, veteran and well respected racer, John Willman came on board and the "Reason to Believe" motto was created.

In 2022, Alex Bartorillo got behind the wheel of his 261 Sportsman for three races, starting his racing career at a young age.

The plan for 2025 is to run both cars, #291, driven by John Willman and #261, driven by Alex Bartorillo throughout the season at many tracks in the Northeast, including Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey and Delaware.  As for our Late Model proram, we sold the car in the offseason to focus more on our Modified and Sportsman cars
